Lamis Janitorial Ltd respects your privacy. This page explains what personal information we collect through this website and when you contact us, how we use it, and the choices you have. We handle personal information in line with Alberta’s Personal Information Protection Act (PIPA).

What we collect

When you fill out our estimate form, call, text or message us, we collect the details you choose to give us: your name, phone number, email address, address or area, and information about the job, including any photos you send. Our website platform, Squarespace, also collects standard technical information such as your browser type and the pages you visit, and uses cookies to keep the site working and to measure traffic.

How we use it

We use your information to respond to your request, prepare your free estimate, schedule and complete the work, and follow up about our services. We do not sell or rent your personal information.

Who we share it with

We only share information with service providers that help us run the business, such as Squarespace (website and forms), Google (email) and, if we advertise online, Google and Meta (Facebook) to measure how our ads perform. Some of these providers may store information outside Canada.

How long we keep it

We keep your information only as long as we need it to serve you and to meet legal, tax and accounting requirements.
